i ordered these too im gutted they took £5.95 for free trial p&p and today £69.95 has been taken from my account from a company called eastwest nutrition and i cant find a way of getting in touch with them, so basically ive paid £75.90 for 60 tablets and it says you need to take them for atleast 90 days to get any effect!!!!!! i feel so so so so silly all i wanted was help losing weight what a fool!and now im having to change my bank details.

I have received a free trial of Acai Ultimate for £3.95 postage, I was totally unaware of this scam I did not know this would require payments for further supplies, which I do not wish to receive, I only knew of this as my credit card company called me to check the transaction being requested and did I approve, so thankfully this payment has not been authorised, also when I received the product there was no paperwork with it and I cant remember which website I got it from.Can’t believe I have been so stupid

hi i ordered acti/colom cleanse free trial. for £2.95 & £3.95 and was charged £67.00 still havent recieved them. have telephoned but there is no connection. emailed but no reply.
how can these people get away with it. robbed by fraudsters.so dissapointed with these companies.

i got scammed, didnt see terms and conditions til after gave my card details. recieved goods 17 days later and cancelled, was then told if they dont recieve the pills back by end of 21 days from when i ordered would be billed a further £75, took me 6 days to get a returns number off them, think they took time just so that they could say i took too long and they could bill me. luckly though i cancelled my card the day the products arrives by which time they had still not even taken the postage and packaging charge, but i still check my account evety day…. now i am being naughty and scamming the scammers, i trying the full product with out returning…. they cant take any money off me so why not… and if i feel some benefits then i will buy the products and my local holland and barrets shop… where they are much cheaper anyway
