agree with all of the above AVOID at all costs. these people are theives. you ring up & conveniently it’s a very bad line & you can’t hear what the very polite ( grrrrr) operative is saying. i was e mailed a cancellation form which i submitted, & was told a confirmation of my cancelled ‘account’ would be e mailed. nothing came. it also said that because i’d cancelled my international credit rating would be blacklisted. three payments have been taken so i’ve cancelled my visa debit card. my bank informed me that after 30 i can open a ‘ non fraudulent claim’ (?) & the bank have a dept. to try & reclaim the money which at present stands at nearly £60. i feel so stupid but the bbc news report seemed so genuine, but this must be a very slick set up. i just hope they can’t still access my account. i DID NOT give my bank account details, so fingers crossed. bit worried though, where does it end…..?

It was advertised on Facebook and since I’m into my fitness and up for learning something new, I took a look.
I’ve known and used several brands of supplements and when I didn’t realise who the brand was or that no internet reviews exist on any reputable Webpage-I figured it was a con.
If something sounds too good to be true… it usually is.
Sorry some of you folks found that out the hard way.

Sadly, anyone who has bought this ‘free trial’ of Acai Force Max has been scammed. The company who sells this product, with the ‘free trial’ scam attatched, also sells a number of other products with the same ‘free trial’ offer…in which you end up being ripped off, with your credit card charged, regardless of how quick you send the product back…or if you even receive it in the first place! I was duped by a ‘free trial’ offer of a teeth whitening product called Dazzle White. The company is called JUST THINK MEDIA, and is owned buy a guy by the name of Jesse Willms, who currently has lawsuits following him like a bad smell! If you Google ‘Dazzle White’, you will see that hundreds to thousands of people have been scammed the same way you have been scammed. Google ‘JUST THINK MEDIA’ or the name ‘JESSE WILLMS’, and you will be able to read more info. P***ed off people are making it their business to bring this company down!

Like the other posters say this is a SCAM. Dont believe this BS. They charge for products you never receive and will continue to do so untill you cancel your credit card. I rang to cancel and was told that I would receive an email and that my account with them was closed – I was charged another 5 times and to top it off didnt receive a thing! Customer service claimed that by saying I want my money back that it “validates my purchases”. VISA and my bank say otherwise.

DID ANYONE RECEIVE THIS BOTTLE AND THE BOTTLE LOOKED COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THE ABOVE?? THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME AND THE BOTTLE WAS BLACK AND PURPLE – I SENT THE STUPID EMPTY BOTTLE BACK TO THEM AND THEY INSIST THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT – AND IM SOL BECAUSE I DIDN’T GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND GET A TRACKING # OR INSURE THE BOX!!! THIS IS INSANE – DON’T GIVE UP!! KEEP FIGHTING.

If your from England it is a bit of a scam… takes so long for you trial to arrive that you have already been charge for 2 months woth at $86.93 plus the £7.36 original shipping fee.

You do also get signed up to something called world fit… This is another $24.13 out of your account…

The way to CANCEL all of this is to go on to the website acaiforcemax.com and click on the live chat button in the top right hand corner. They will be able to cancel your subscription to acaiforce but you will need to mention the world fit and they will give you a phone number to ring to cancel that.

All a lot of hassle but hey!

I cam currently going thru this exact problem! I was charged 86.93 for the “trial offer” – they won’t refund even though their return policy says “The trial period lasts for 14 days, if you contact us beofre then, AND send back the unused portion you will only have to pay shipping” it goes on to say “…should you decide that Force Max is not right for you, simply send your unused supplies back to us within THIRTY (30) DAYS after your initial order and we will refund the price of the product – you will still have to pay for the shipping costs”…
We also got charged $48.68 for ColonClear – we are cancelling our credit card!

This is crazy!
